Key Dates

• Entries prior to Jan 1 incur the "Super-Early Bird" entry fees.
• Entries between Jan 2 and April 1 incur the "Early" entry fees.
• Entries between April 2 and June 1 incur the "Normal" entry fees.
• Entries between June 2 and June 30 incur the "Late" entry fees.
• Entries after June 30 incur the "Last Minute" entry fees and are available only at Race Pack Pick Up.
• Online entries close 12noon on June 30.
• Last Minute Entries after June 30 can only be made at Race Pack Pick Up.
• Race Pack Pick Up is Saturday July 3. All participants must collect their race pack - Info Here.
• Race Day is Sunday July 4. Read Race Info prior to Race Weekend.

Age Limits

• Full Marathon participants must be age 15 by race day.
• Half Marathon participants must be age 13 by race day.
• 10k participants must be age 10 by race day.
• Kids' Magic Mile participants must be aged between 5 and 12 on race day.
• Exceptions to age limits listed may be made on a case-by-case situation by emailing us, stating the background of the participant.
• Any entrant under age 16 must have parental/guardian consent.

Entry Confirmation

• All entries are confirmed by email. Please fill out your email address carefully.

Withdrawals or Changes

• For Changes or Withdrawals... Email Us Here.
• Withdrawals prior to midnight June 28 will be refunded, minus a $15 admin fee.
• Changes to a longer distance incur the extra entry fee applicable on the date of the change. 
• Changes to a lesser distance will receive a refund for the entry fee difference until midnight June 28.
• Withdrawals & Changes after midnight June 28 are non-refundable.
• Full terms of entry are seen in the event waiver when entering.

Categories

• Categories are set automatically via your date of birth on race day.
• All participants, regardless of age, are eligible for Open and Age Group awards.
• The walk categories are not official race walks, but must be walked 100% of the time. Recreational entrants intending to run/walk must enter a Run section.
• Check out our team categories for your workplace, club, schools and family.
• We also have a prize for best fancy dress!

Elite Support Program

As a service to competitive running, we operate an elite support program for the Full and Half Marathon. Athletes who meet the following standards may apply for support, which depending on current form, will vary from travel and accommodation to free entry. Elite Support Standards

• Full Marathon Men – sub 2hrs 30min
• Full Marathon Women – sub 3hrs
• Half Marathon Men – sub 1hr 09min
• Half Marathon Women – sub 1hr 20min
